We prepare every order carefully and keep you informed from confirmation through dispatch.
How delivery works
Once your order is confirmed, its current progress is available in your account. We will also use the contact details supplied at checkout to share any important updates. Delivery estimates begin after an item is ready to leave us.
If an order contains items with different production times, we may contact you to agree whether they should travel together or separately.
